Groven camping and cabins is situated 500 meters above the sea in a calm forest area
with a nice view to the village Åmot and attractive natural areas. The site, that is built in
several levels has, in addition to the cabins, place for about 50 caravans and tents.
Groven camping and cabins has a collection of 8 old timber cabins from the area, in
addition to 12 cabins of a newer date.
In addition to a number of nice natural areas in the vicinity, Groven is close to high
mountain sites Rauland (20 km) and Haukelifjell (60 km)
Groven is a splendid place for families, situated 300 meters from the centre of Åmot with
most services and facilities.
